Not a broker.
Our own floor, Dongguan.

When you send Primofort a part, it is printed on machines we own and run ourselves — no outsourcing chain, no middlemen. Every photo on this page tagged as "our floor" was taken inside our own facility.

Our own production floor.

These photographs were taken on our production floor in Dongguan. No stock photography, no borrowed factory shots — this is where your part actually gets printed.

Machine count

We currently describe our fleet as 30+ industrial printersCONFIRM across SLS, MJF and PolyJet. That number is carried over from an earlier version of our own website and has not yet been re-counted machine by machine, so we are treating it as unconfirmed until we do — the honest figure matters more to us than a bigger-sounding one.

Environment

A climate-controlled facility.

Nylon powder and printed parts are sensitive to temperature and humidity swings, so the floor runs in a climate-controlled space rather than an open warehouse.

Environmental display, our production floor
One reading, one moment. Our environmental monitor was reading 28.0 °C / 40.2% RH when this photo was taken. We're publishing it as an observed measurement from our own floor, not as a guaranteed constant — conditions are managed, but we are not stating a fixed number as a contractual spec. Ask us for current conditions at quote time.
Quality control

Checked against your drawing, not just "it looks right".

Every part is dimensionally checked against the drawing you supply before it ships — not a visual once-over. If your drawing calls out critical dimensions, tell us and we will measure and report against them specifically.

What we check

  • Dimensional conformance to your drawing. Critical dimensions are measured and checked against the tolerances you specify, not an assumed default.
  • Visual and surface inspection. Warping, incomplete fusion, and surface defects are checked before a part is packed.
  • Material traceability. Each build is tied to the material batch used, so a question about a specific part can be traced back.

What we will tell you honestly

  • We do not currently publish an accreditation claim. Nothing about formal quality certification appears on this site until Primofort confirms what it actually holds — see pending verification.
  • Tolerance depends on your geometry. We confirm what is achievable for your specific part at quote, rather than quoting one number for every job.
  • We are not a broker. Nothing is subcontracted to a third-party shop without telling you — if we ever needed to, we would say so.
The platforms we run

Manufacturer photography, so you know what prints your part.

These two images are the machine manufacturers' own photography of the platforms we run — shown to illustrate the machine, not our premises. Our floor photos above are the only images on this page that show our actual facility.
