Large format
910 × 430 × 400 mmCONFIRM

FS-YC3201 tough Nylon 12, printed on our large-format floor. Single-piece parts most bureaus would have to cut and bond. This envelope is Primofort's own operating limit, not a figure Farsoon publishes.

Biocompatible
YP120 white PA 12

Bright-white, biocompatible Nylon 12 — YF's own datasheet states biocompatible, which opens wearables and medical-adjacent models. We say biocompatible, not "skin-safe" — that would overstate what the datasheet supports.

Carbon fibre
110 MPa / 10.0 GPa

FS-YC6130CF carbon-fibre Nylon 6 — 110 MPa tensile strength and 10.0 GPa tensile modulus, stiffness in metal-replacement territory at nylon weight.

Modulus columns rescaled from the datasheet's MPa figures to GPa (1,000 MPa = 1 GPa); no value is rounded beyond the datasheet's own decimal places. "Imported" materials (Formlabs, YP120, YP120GF) and "domestic" materials (FS-YC series) are both genuinely in production — ask at quote which tier fits your budget and application.

Which nylon fits your part?

Five common use cases, matched to the material that actually wins on that property — not just a guess.

FYC110
Most flexible / toughest
40% elongation at break — the highest on this sheet. Best for hinges, clips and parts that need to bend and spring back without cracking.
FS-YC6140GF
Stiffest
4.8 GPa flexural modulus and 110 MPa flexural strength — the least flex under load of any material here. Good for structural brackets and jigs.
FS-YC6130CF
Highest tensile strength
110 MPa tensile / 10.0 GPa tensile modulus — carbon-fibre Nylon 6, for parts that replace metal and need to survive real pulling loads.
FS-YC3201
Largest single piece
Build size up to 910 × 430 × 400 mmCONFIRM — printed whole instead of split and bonded across multiple parts.
YP120
Medical-adjacent
Bright-white PA 12, biocompatible per our datasheet — for wearables and medical-adjacent models. Biocompatible is not the same claim as a medical-device certification; ask us for the exact scope before you rely on it.
