We are not going to invent a figure to fill this page — no lead time, MOQ or price is published here, because none exist as a fixed number. Powder-bed printing genuinely does not cost the same twice — what follows is what actually drives your number, so a quote request comes back accurate instead of generic.

Why no price list

Pricing is quoted per part because it depends on nesting.

SLS and MJF build multiple parts stacked in 3D inside one powder bed, not one part on a flat plate. That single fact is why a fixed price list cannot exist here — the same part can cost meaningfully more or less depending on what it's built alongside. As stated above, no lead time, MOQ or price is published on this site — inventing one would be a guess dressed up as a quote.

What actually drives the number

Five things that move your quote — none of them a flat rate.

These are the real variables an engineer weighs when pricing your part. Understanding them won't give you a number, but it will tell you why two seemingly similar parts can quote very differently.

Geometry
Volume & bounding box

Powder-bed cost tracks the space a part occupies in the build chamber, not just its weight. A large, hollow part can cost more to build than a small, dense one.

Batching
Nesting density

SLS and MJF stack parts in three dimensions through a single build. A batch that nests efficiently shares the build cost across more parts — the main reason quotes are per-part rather than from a list.

Material
Nine nylons, not one price

Our nine nylon grades differ in cost. Carbon-fibre and biocompatible grades sit above standard PA 12 — material choice alone can move a quote significantly.

Finishing
Raw vs. finished

Raw, dyed, vapor-smoothed, or fitted with threaded inserts — each finishing step is an added process on top of the base print.

Quantity
One part vs. a batch

A single prototype and a production run have different per-part economics, largely because of how well a larger batch nests together in the build.

Send these at the same time as your CAD file and an engineer can give you a real number against your real part — not a rough range.

The checklist

  • CAD file, with format. STEP, STL, or IGES — tell us which, and include units if the file doesn't carry them.
  • Material. Pick from our nine nylon grades, or tell us the property you need (strength, flexibility, biocompatibility) and we'll recommend one.
  • Quantity. One prototype and a production batch are priced differently — tell us the real number, not a placeholder.
  • Finish. Raw, dyed, vapor-smoothed, or with threaded inserts — see finishing.
  • Any critical tolerances. If specific dimensions on your drawing matter more than others, flag them — we check what you tell us to check.
  • Target application. What the part is for helps us flag anything that won't suit your use case before you commit, not after.
